Niramaya Ayurvedic Medical Center is at Shop 06, R507 Wasl Amber Building, 19th Street, Al Karama, Dubai – a short walk from ADCB Metro Station and easily reached from Bur Dubai, Oud Metha, Zabeel, Satwa and Business Bay. We are open every day of the week, including Friday and Saturday, from 9am to 9pm.

Appointments can be booked on 04 529 4777 or online, and walk-in consultations are accepted subject to doctor availability. Every consultation is conducted by a DHA-licensed Ayurvedic physician and costs AED 100. Insurance is accepted on a reimbursement basis where your policy covers alternative medicine.

Our Al Karama clinic offers the full range of Niramaya treatments: doctor consultation and dosha assessment, detox and rejuvenation programmes, Shirodhara and Takra Dhara, Abhyanga, Kati Vasti and Janu Vasti for back and knee pain, Elakizhi and Njavara Kizhi poultice therapies, Nasyam for sinusitis and migraine, Netra Tarpanam, Udwarthanam, Pizhichil, Lepam, lymphatic massage and foot reflexology, pregnancy and postnatal care, and Ayurvedic skincare programmes.

Getting here: the nearest station is BurJuman Metro Station on the Red and Green Lines, roughly five minutes’ walk. Street parking is available on 19th Street and in the surrounding Al Karama zones. We are close to Karama Park, Karama Shopping Centre and Burjuman Mall, and a short drive from Bur Dubai, Oud Metha, Zabeel and Business Bay.
